Service Center of Port Engineering (SCOPE).

Objectives
The objectives of the Center are to promote the study and research on the technologies and systems related to the contract ordering and implementation of construction, management and maintenance of port, coast and airport facilities, for its smooth progress. Thus, contributing to the development of port, coastal and airport facilities and to enhance the country's economy.
Activities
In order to achieve the objectives and to enhance the smooth implementation of port, coastal and airport development, management and maintenance, the following activities will be conducted :
  1. Study and research on various technologies related to project ordering and construction.
  2. Study and research, development and promotion of various systems related to project ordering and construction.
  3. Collection, processing and provision of data and information on technologies related to project ordering and construction.
  4. Conduct seminars and lectures, publish material on technologies related to project ordering and construction.
  5. Inspection, evaluation and maintenance of technologies related to project ordering and construction.
