Quality Inspection on Imported Material and Issuing of Certificates Imported construction materials have been increasingly noticed in accordance with the trend of internationalization of the Japanese construction market and with the demand for cost reduction of the public construction works. SCOPE implements quality inspection and certification for the imported construction materials in order to help the construction industry use those materials.
